We are a long established Manufacturer, based in Walsall, undergoing considerable growth and are at the stage where we need permanent professional HR support in the business. About the Role As our HR Advisor, youll be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy compliance. Youll work closely with managers and employees on the shop floor, helping to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on support with disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for shop floor employees and staff Advise managers on performance reviews and development plans Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports for leadership What Were Looking For CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) Previous HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong knowledge of UK employment law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Part time or Full time considered ££ competitive salary depending on skills and experience Based in Walsall (Commutable from: Birmingham, Cannock, Tamworth, Lichfield, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Halesowen)
