We are currently seeking a highly qualified sales administrator to join a prestigious car dealer group located in Crawley, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking to advance their careers within a reputable, privately owned dealership. The sales administrator will be essential in supporting the sales department, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.

Up to £35,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break

Processing vehicle orders, registrations, tax documentation, stock movements, transfers, dealer swaps, and handovers
Communicating effectively with manufacturers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure compliance and accuracy
Maintaining precise records of vehicles, stock lists, demonstrator fleets, and sales documentation across all systems
Producing reports, conducting file audits, supporting profit checks, and managing administrative housekeeping
Overseeing the purchase, stock management, funding, and compliance for used vehicles
Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations across new, used, and corporate salesRequirements of a Sales Administrator:
Minimum of two years’ experience in motor trade administration
Proven track record in sales administration; warranty or service admin experience may also be considered
Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to multi-tasking
Confident communicator capable of liaising effectively with colleagues, manufacturers, and external partners
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Positive attitude with the ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with Kerridge or similar systems is advantageous
