Salary The spot salary for the Corporate Governance Officer post is £39,360 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who are developing towards the full requirements of the role may start at a lower salary, with clear progression pathways. About you Proven experience in corporate governance or company secretarial roles. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in managing meetings, taking minutes, and preparing governance reports.
