Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile and driven Digital Marketing & Creative Lead
to join our team. This hybrid role combines performance-driven digital marketing with strong creative and design expertise. You will be responsible for delivering, and optimising marketing campaigns, while also leading on the creative design of brand, digital, and print assets. The ideal candidate is both analytical and imaginative, with the ability to track performance metrics while producing visually engaging, high-quality creative work.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor MQLs, ROI, and campaign performance.
* Create and manage automated email campaigns, and CRM activity.
* Deliver high-quality creative design across brand, campaign, digital, social, and print channels.
* Produce layouts for brochures, social media, website, and email marketing.
* Manage and maintain an organised media asset library with correct version control and accessibility.
* Support content calendar planning and ensure timely rollout across web, email, and social platforms.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
* Present design and campaign concepts clearly to stakeholders.
* Stay up to date with marketing trends, ecommerce innovations, and competitor activity.Provide creative input to continually enhance the digital customer journey and brand storytelling
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in digital marketing performance, campaign measurement, and analytics.
* Demonstrable design experience with a strong portfolio across brand, digital, and print.
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and design systems.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Ability to present ideas and insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Desirable (not essential)
* Experience with Amazon campaigns
* Videography and photography skills
