Our client, an established Building services and Integration company, is currently recruiting a Account Manager to join their contact management team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining key client relationships for an assigned portfolio of contracts, serving as their main point of contact for all operational, financial and contractual matters. Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager: Managing a dedicated portfolio of client contracts, serving as the primary point of contact for day to-day operational and contractual matters. Build and strengthen effective working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed. Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial and operational reporting to clients within agreed deadlines. Lead and actively participate in regular client meetings, effectively addressing concerns and capturing actions. Skills Required for the Account Manager: Proven experience in an Account Management or similar client facing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities Strong communication skills Driving License (Required) Please apply as directed!
