Senior Civil Engineer Location: Bridgend, Cardiff or Newport (3 days per week in the office) Salary: £42,000 – £47,000 per annum The Role An established and growing consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to support the delivery of projects for a well-established client base across South Wales. This role is suited to an experienced engineer who is confident leading small teams and taking technical responsibility for projects from concept through to delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and mentoring junior engineers and technicians within the team. With a strong cohort of junior staff already in place, the focus of the role is on maximising team performance through effective communication, leadership, and sound technical guidance.
