Main duties of the job

Our team values respect, compassion, and a shared commitment to exceptional care. We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Care Assistant at Acacia Lodge Care Home in Manchester.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Assisting residents with personal hygiene care to promote independence, dignity, and respect.
* Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection, and escalating risks promptly.
* Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
* Practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
