What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Supporting residential sales and lettings activity across the local area Handling enquiries and conducting property viewings Securing new instructions and generating new business Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors Maintaining excellent client communication throughout transactions Providing a high level of customer service Managing records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed Representing the brand professionally within the community What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in residential estate agency Previous Sales and/or Lettings Negotiator experience Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Confident telephone manner and positive attitude Professional, ambitious, and self-motivated Knowledge of South West London and surrounding areas (advantageous) Full UK driving licence and own car (essential) A committed and professional approach to estate agency What's In It For You?
