Key Responsibilities Analyse tender documents, drawings and specifications to produce accurate cost estimates Prepare detailed M&E estimates covering both mechanical and electrical packages Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Develop project cost plans and tender submissions Support the preparation of bid documentation and tender presentations Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimisation Maintain organised records of quotations, estimates and tender documentation Collaborate with project and commercial teams during the tender process Project Details The role will involve estimating across a range of sectors including: Commercial Fit-out Industrial Mixed-use developments Typical project values: £100,000 - £3,000,000 Candidate Requirements Proven experience as an M&E Estimator Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services Experience preparing tenders across multiple sectors Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience using estimating software and spreadsheets Package Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Company pension On-site parking Permanent full-time role
