Main purpose of the job role:
To ensure the effective management of cyclical services and reactive maintenance across -managed properties including communal blocks, temporary accommodation, leasehold and supported housing. The role safeguards the condition and compliance of housing assets by:
Ensuring statutory compliance and alignment with industry standards
Maintaining best practice across the Big 6 compliance areas:
8. Gas Safety
9. Electrical Safety
10. Fire Safety
11. Water Hygiene (Legionella)
12. Asbestos Management
13. Lift Safety
Supporting strategic objectives such as:
14. "Keeping My Place Safe and Looking Good"
15. Accurate service charge recovery
16. Revenue generation
