In this role you will be focusing on our weekly paid within production and warehouse. This will involve working through a recruitment system, calling candidates, booking in interviews, providing candidate feedback, offering roles and keeping the system up to date. This is a busy role with the opportunity to use your initiative and share your feedback and ideas to continue to develop the service. Key Responsibilities: Advertising new positions and clarifying details with hiring managers Telephone screening and coordinating interview set up Feeding back to candidates Keeping Hiring Managers updated Updating the system with key information, candidate movement and job fills to feed into KPIs The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
