The role Youll be the Finance Business Partner that the executive team truly listen to and value. The individual who spots whats coming and helps them make better decisions faster. Youll partner with the executive team to drive performance, run tight budgeting and forecasting cycles, and bring insights that really move things forward. Challenging assumptions, flagging risks and spotting opportunities. Duties: Build budgets, forecasts, rolling forecasts and 3-year strategic plans with the exec team Deliver sharp, timely analysis with real commentary on whats happening and why it matters Translate variances into stories that drive decisions Become the go-to finance business partner for your stakeholders, challenging in a professional and effective way when required Develop KPI reporting that drives the business forward Step up as deputy for the Head of FP&A when necessary Get involved in ad hoc projects when the business requires What were looking for: Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Finance business partnering experience in a fast-moving environment Strong budgeting, forecasting, and KPI skills Advanced Excel skills Quick to pick up new systems A track record of delivering when things get challenging Be able to turn complex finance into language everyone understands Comfortable in rapid growth and ambiguity Can translate complex finance into language everyone understands Bring ideas, energy, and challenge not just compliance Strong values and work ethic, but you also have a life that matters The Flexibility We know youve seen flexible working before and it wasnt.
