Location: Newbury - Hybrid working
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What You’ll Do
* Own and continuously evolve the VodafoneThree Delivery Framework, including methodology, lifecycle and controls that meet the needs of both agile and traditional delivery models.
* Define and govern project & programme management best practices, processes & templates.
* Manage and govern capital drawdown aligned with working capital / cash flow objectives in partnership with Finance.
* Drive adoption, consistency and quality through capability uplift programmes and enterprise delivery governance.
* Oversee enterprise-wide delivery assurance reviews to validate compliance, quality and value alignment.
* Act as the authority for resolving methodology disputes and ensuring all functions operate to agreed standards.
Who You Are
* Extensive experience in enterprise delivery governance and framework design across both Agile and Waterfall.
* Strong governance authority with a track record of embedding enterprise-wide delivery standards.
* Capability‑building expertise with measurable improvements in delivery maturity.
* Advanced process optimisation skills and experience in large‑scale change environments.
* Strong ability to resolve cross‑functional delivery disputes and maintain enterprise alignment.
* Expert knowledge of delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, PMI). Experience in predictive analytics and application of AI in delivery performance tracking.
