* KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Creative Director, Producing Team, Development Team, Finance Team and other Playhouse staff; That’s Powerful Project Partners
* HOURS: 37.5 Hours

The Playhouse wishes to recruit a That’s Powerful Project Manager to support the development, coordination and delivery of The Playhouse’s That’s Powerful Programme.
The That’s Powerful Project Manager will do so in line with the Vision and Mission of The Playhouse and within the Arts & Peace-making Strategy, working closely with the Creative Director.

The post is a 1 year, fixed term full time contract (with possibility of extension).
Key Responsibilities
That’s Powerful Project Coordinator – Key Responsibilities
Project Management
* Oversee That’s Powerful projects from concept to completion
* Develop project plans aligned with Playhouse programming timeline
* Maintain project records and administration
* Coordinate with internal staff and external contractors
Relationship Management
* Serve as main point of contact for schools, community groups, and practitioners
* Recruit, contract, and support artists and freelancers
* Organize travel, accommodation, and resources for creative teams
* Foster engagement with participating organizations and peace-making networks
Event Coordination
* Manage group attendance at Playhouse and off-site venues
* Support delivery of in-person and virtual events
* Oversee event logistics including setup, materials, and resources
* Coordinate performances, sharings, and program showcases
Financial & Compliance Management
* Manage project budgets and financial records
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and diversity policies
* Secure necessary permissions, licenses, and copyright clearances
* Process transactions and payroll instructions
Data & Evaluation
* Collect and analyze program data and participant feedback
* Document projects through photos and films
* Prepare funding reports and impact assessments
* Maintain accurate participation records and evaluation metrics
