About the Role
As a newly qualified nurse at HC-One, you will be supported to grow in your career with our Gold Standard Nursing Preceptorship Programme. You will help build on your existing skillset while practicing in a nurse‑led environment.
You will make a difference to our residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life‑changing decisions.
About You
You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number and a commitment to the NMC standards of practice.
You will have a passion to mentor and share knowledge, provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and understand the importance of effective communication. You will advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and families.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must recognise potential abuse or neglect and know how to respond, including escalating concerns if necessary.
