We are currently recruiting to a Consultant Paediatrician position in the South Essex and Thurrock (SET) CAMHS Eating Disorder Service, based at 125 New London Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 0QT, covering the county of Essex.
This is a new post and is a fixed-term, part-time contract. This post is currently vacant, and we wish to recruit to this post as soon as possible.
You will join a full-time CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist (currently out to recruitment) within the service, and will have the opportunity to influence future direction, treatment, and models of design in the area in which you work.

Job responsibilities
You will be expected to:
20. Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to children and young people across South East Essex and Thurrock.
21. Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team
22. Work directly with children and young people, and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals
23. Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member whilst allowing them to work with their own initiative
24. Work alongside 1wte CMAHS Consultant Psychiatrist within the service
25. Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies.
