Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality roof tiles, supplying to construction projects across the UK. As demand grows, we're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our dynamic team.
What you'll be doing:
* Operating machinery and equipment to produce roof tiles to specification
* Monitoring production lines for quality and efficiency
* Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
* Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times
* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
* Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
* A team player with a positive attitude
Hours of Work:
12 hour rotating Days and Nights, 4on/4off
Rate of Pay:
£13.88 per hour (Plus £0.50 per hour shift bonus)
