Key Responsibilities
Carbon fibre lay-up and laminate build (pre-preg & wet lay)
Vacuum bagging, debulking, and preparation for cure
Working from engineering drawings and work instructions
Maintaining quality, traceability, and housekeeping standards
Experience Required
Previous experience as a Composite Laminator / Composite Technician
Background in aerospace, motorsport, automotive, or F1 composites
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight tolerances
