Our Property Services Team are currently recruiting for a Damp, Mould and Condensation (DMC) Trade operative.
Working as part of a team you will be providing responsive repairs, building maintenance and improvement work to the company's housing stock and other properties.
The position is permanent, full time (40 hours per week) with a salary of £30,000 per annum.
Trade Responsibilities
Primary Trade - Decoration (Washdowns, Preparation, Stain-block, Painting)
Secondary Trade - Loft Insulation, Repairs of Trickle Vents
Working alone or as part of a team you will undertake duties on building maintenance and improvement work including repair, replacement, installation, removal, demolition, cleaning and making good as appropriate.
You will ensure works provided are of the highest quality, efficient and good value for money for our customers.

Qualifications and Experience
* You will hold a relevant NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent evidenced experience
* Hold a Full Clean Driving Licence
* You will have experience and competency in the appropriate primary trade and experience and competency in the enabling and associated secondary trades.
* Experience of working in occupied domestic properties
* You will be able to provide a quality service to tenants by carrying out works to a high standard in an efficient, effective, professional, respectful and safe manner ensuring excellent levels of customer service and minimal disruption to customers
* Experience in providing excellent customer service and developing relationships
