Hours: 35 hours per week (9.30am – 5.30pm)

About the Firm
Our client is a leading U.S. law firm with a strong reputation for representing clients in complex, high-profile white-collar crime and regulatory cases. The firm is now seeking a talented White Collar Crime Paralegal to join its London office on a fixed-term basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-stakes practice area while supporting a team of accomplished attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the White Collar Crime team. Responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out legal research to support ongoing matters.
* Organising and maintaining case files (internal files, Counsel bundles, and client bundles) in both paper and electronic format.
* Liaising with and instructing the Office Services team regarding printing and couriering of bundles.
* Filing documents (including applications and pleadings) with the court.
* Assisting the team on a daily basis, including assembling exhibits in electronic format.
* Providing general case management and administrative support as required.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate:
* Previous paralegal experience, ideally within white-collar crime, criminal defence, or litigation.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong legal research and drafting skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management/document review systems.
* A proactive and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a demanding environment.
