* Dealing with email and telephone enquiries
* Booking all students (apprentice/non apprentices) onto Tolley courses, ordering study material and invoicing
* Tolley Academy setup and bookings
* Creating and agreeing study plans and pricing schedules
* Creating and sending monthly reports to clients/contractors
* Onboarding apprentices, including reviewing and processing of required paperwork and setup on various systems
* Working with online learning management systems to upload study material for student courses
* Tracking orders, arranging collections
* Liaising with our team in Bangalore, India
* Perform any other duties as assigned
