Responsibilities:
* Manage the delegation and execution of audit assignments, ensuring high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
* Stay updated with the latest audit and financial reporting standards to maintain technical proficiency.
* Provide strategic direction and technical advice to clients throughout the audit process.
* Support Audit Partners and Directors in planning audits and overseeing reporting responsibilities.
* Lead and mentor audit staff, encouraging their professional development and skill enhancement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
* Ensure audits are completed effectively, adhering to the firm's policies and procedures.
* Represent the firm by cultivating relationships with client personnel and enhancing the firm's reputation and presence.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of managing audit assignments or teams.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the firm.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
