Job Description
Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IBM technologies? Do you thrive in client-facing roles and have a passion for delivering innovative enterprise solutions? Chapman Tate is proud to be working with a leading IBM partner seeking to expand their team with a talented IBM Technical Account Manager.
Our client is a long-standing and respected IBM Partner with expertise in IBM Z, Mainframe, IBM Power, and P-Series environments. As they grow, they want a skilled Account Manager to drive client relationships and support strategic growth.
Responsibilities of an IBM Technical Account Manager
* Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts across enterprise sectors.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IBM infrastructure solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical and strategic insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure client success.
* Maintain a strong understanding of IBM Z, Mainframe, Power Systems, and P-Series offerings.
* Proven experience in Account Management or Technical Sales within the IBM ecosystem.
* Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
* Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Work effectively remotely, managing your own time.
