Salary: £35-45k + bonus

In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, nurture long term relationships, lead commercial discussions, and spot opportunities to upsell and increase revenue.

Duties of an Internal Account Manager:
* Manage and grow accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention, acting as point of contact
* Conduct virtual and occasional face-to-face account reviews
* Analyse customer spend trends to identify growth opportunities
* Own pricing structures and Excel based reporting
* Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively re-engage customers
Requirements of an Internal Account Manager:
* Confident managing client relationships and commercial discussions
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Strong Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUPs
* Local to Doncaster and excited to work in a growing company
* Experience selling to National Housebuilders and construction companies is desirable
