Senior Consultant EMDR Therapist

As part of our provision of trauma‑informed care, we are seeking an experienced EMDR Consultant Supervisor to provide supervision and support to colleagues delivering EMDR therapy within our community services, develop a community of practice, ensure sustainability, help colleagues become accredited in EMDR and foster a supportive culture where developing EMDR therapists can grow their expertise.
* Provide specialist expertise in the application of EMDR treatments for adults and older people.
* Offer clinical supervision to EMDR therapists, ensuring safe and effective care and supporting their accreditation progress.
* Ensure compliance of EMDR therapy with evidence‑based guidelines and appropriate governance.
* Develop a community of practice through a special interest group and deliver teaching opportunities to colleagues.
* Support service development of robust EMDR pathways, ensuring high‑quality care, appropriate evaluation, alignment with national and regional guidelines, and sustainable provision.
* Utilise research skills for audit and service development and support the clinical lead in meeting the research and audit agenda.
