About the Role:
As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you will perform specialist and extreme cleaning tasks across various properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. The role includes:
* Void Property Cleaning – Full property cleans for social housing
* End of Tenancy Cleans – Preparing properties for new occupants
* Specialist Cleaning – Trauma cleans, clinical cleans, fire washdowns, mould removal
* Carpet Cleaning – Revitalising and maintaining hygiene in homes
* One-off Deep Cleans – Restoring tenanted properties to top condition
What We're Looking For:
A hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented individual
Previous experience (preferred but not essential)
Full UK manual driving license (required)
DBS certificate (preferred, but not essential)
Ability to organise your time effectively and work well independently & as part of a team
Training & Support Provided:
Health and Safety, Manual Handling, and COSHH training
Full uniform and PPE provided
