This role is ideal for an experienced chef who is looking for a role with a better work life balance and still wants to produce food to the highest standards. The Role: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality, globally inspired dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Support a busy kitchen serving up to 1,500 covers daily, including staff, students, and high-end hospitality events. Take a proactive role in menu planning and development, bringing world cuisine influences to the table. Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management (HACCP). Contribute to premium corporate, social, and celebration events hosted on-site.What They're Looking For: An experienced Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready for the next step. Proven background in volume catering or high-capacity hospitality environments (up to 1,500 covers). Deep understanding of international cuisines and the ability to adapt global flavours to large-scale service. Excellent organisational skills and confidence running a section in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen. A team-oriented professional who leads by example and takes pride in mentoring others.
