Job Description
Position Overview
Are you an experienced production supervisor in the food industry sector? Do you have an engineering mind, an eye for detail, and a passion for English wine? This may be the perfect role for you!
What you will need to be a successful applicant :
* Be experienced team leader
* Experience as a supervisor in a production environment, ideally food manufacturer or packaging.
* Demonstrate engineering background or active interest in mechanical and electrical systems
* Competent user of IT, including Microsoft Office
* Qualified forklift operator
* Commitment to maintaining and continually improving quality in all aspects of the production process
* Ability to trouble-shoot production lines and perform basic maintenance tasks

* To be a confident, respectful communicator; able to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an engaging and collaborative way
* To have a tangible and infectious passion for wine, together with enthusiasm for the English wine industry

Hours: 37.5 hrs a week
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.-16:30 p.m.
