HR Analyst Total Rewards / Compensation Survey Specialist (Contract) Location: Remote (Europe preferred - time-zone alignment required) Region Covered: EMEA Contract Duration: March - June 2026 Engagement Type: Contract Overview We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards / Compensation Survey Specialist to support the delivery of the WTW Compensation Survey across the LAG and EMEA regions. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate job matching, high-quality data submission, and timely coordination with regional HR stakeholders. The work is largely administrative in nature but requires a solid understanding of Total Rewards principles, particularly compensation structures across multiple countries. Prior experience completing WTW surveys is strongly preferred to minimise onboarding and training time. Key Responsibilities WTW Compensation Survey Delivery Deliver the WTW Compensation Survey across LAG and EMEA regions Validate and confirm job matching in line with WTW methodology Complete WTW submission templates with accurate employee data Capture country-specific compensation elements, including company car data Benefits Design & HR Practices Surveys Coordinate with local HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure timely completion of Benefits Design and HR Practices surveys Complete surveys for central benefits and HR practices Support and follow up with local HR teams on country-specific benefits and HR practices data Respond to WTW follow-up questions and ensure data accuracy and consistency Skills & Experience Required Proven experience working in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Operations Strong understanding of: Job matching methodologies Compensation structures across multiple countries Core Total Rewards concepts Hands-on experience completing WTW surveys (highly desirable) High attention to detail and strong data validation skills Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across regions and time zones Strong organisational and follow-up skills Comfortable working independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment Nice to Have Prior experience supporting EMEA and/or LAG regions Exposure to benefits design and HR practices surveys Advanced Excel or HR data management experience
