Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join our team. The role will be based within Essex & London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating systems installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and practical skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The Heating Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that heating systems operate safely and effectively, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our customers
Responsibilities
Install heating systems in residential properties.
Conduct thorough inspections of heating equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Assemble components and systems using hand tools and power tools as required.
Collaborate with other tradespeople such as builders and electricians to complete projects efficiently.
Lift heavy materials and equipment safely while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Complete mandatory paperwork and legal documents for works completed.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers.
Qualifications
Qualified Domestic Heating Engineer and Gas Safe Registered.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
Basic maths skills for calculations related to installations and repairs.
A valid UK driving licence.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
