As the leader of a 4-person analytics function, you’ll guide a talented team and build the next generation of reporting, intelligence, and data products. Your role can be split into four key areas: leading and delivering insight, managing and developing the BI function, partnering with key stakeholders up to C-suite, and owning data governance and output.

8. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
9. Able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
10. Advanced SQL and expertise in Tableau (strongly preferred BI tool)
11. Proven experience in people management and stakeholder management
12. Experience delivering innovative data solutions that drive business impact
