The Role for the Assistant Building Surveyor With excellent clients within the Commercial and Residential sector, the Assistant Building Surveyor will play a key part in furthering relationships alongside a Chartered Building Surveyor. Their clients are held to a high regard and supporting all requirements across the Building Surveying spectrum is part of this role. You will find a 50/50 split between professional services and projects, supporting stunning Offices and Residential properties within Manchester and surrounding towns. The Company the Assistant Building Surveyor will join This well-respected consultancy operates across Birmingham and London, supporting domestic and international clients within the Prime Residential world. They do have a portfolio of Commercial clients, with CAT A/B works taking place. 84 employees total and the Assistant Building Surveyor will be supported by a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Director. This consultancy has solid plans for growth, with the hope to go towards 120 employees by the end of 2027. What do you need to bring?
