The Role at a Glance
Deliver personalised teaching plans for SEN pupils
Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure inclusive learning
What You’ll Be Doing
Assess and monitor pupil progress
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons
Implement interventions to support individual learning goals
Work closely with teaching assistants and external specialists
Who We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with children with SEN
Patient, nurturing, and creative
Excellent communication and organisational skills
