A rapidly growing restaurant point-of-sale startup is looking for an energetic Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Central London. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company thats revolutionizing restaurant operations with a truly innovative product.

We offer a cutting-edge restaurant point-of-sale system with a flexible pricing model and advanced features. We provide a cheaper, more advanced system with superior client support, requiring only an iPad and printer to go live within two hours.
The Role:
As an Account Executive, youll be instrumental in driving our growth by engaging with restaurants in Central London (within a 30-minute distance of Zone 1). This is a door-to-door sales role where youll be responsible for introducing our transformative solution to potential clients. Were looking for someone with a "hunter" mentality, who is self-motivated, proactive, and confident in managing their own schedule. Youll have the autonomy to map out your routes and decide where to go, with no capped territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct door-to-door sales to acquire new restaurant clients
* Present our product effectively, conveying its value and benefits
* Manage your sales pipeline and achieve monthly sign-up targets
* Collaborate with the sales team and manager to strategize and optimize efforts
* Contribute to a vibrant and supportive team culture
What Were Looking For:
* 5-6 years of overall work experience, with 2-3 years in a sales role
* Proven door-to-door or field sales experience is a strong advantage
* A background in hospitality or sales within the hospitality/tech industry
* A genuine passion for the hospitality sector and understanding its dynamics
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* An engaging, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality – we value individuals who can connect with people
* A track record of achieving KPIs in a sales-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits:
* Base Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
* Uncapped Commission: £200 per sign-up
* Target: 7 sign-ups per month (ramping targets: 1 in month 1, 3 in month 2, 5 in month 3, then 7)
* Hardware: MacBook & iPad for demos
* Equity Options: Available to be discussed upon offer
* Training: Full training and mentorship provided
