Rate of Pay: £16.62 - £21.75 per hour
Summary:
The Electrician is to deliver high-quality electrical work across tenanted and void properties within a social housing environment. The role requires strong technical expertise, with a focus on testing, diagnostics, and fault finding.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in tenanted and void properties
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs within domestic properties
* Perform electrical testing and inspections to ensure compliance and safety
* Trace and rectify electrical faults efficiently
* Undertake repairs to various types of central heating systems where required
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in line with regulations and policies
Qualification:
* Fully qualified, time-served Electrician
* Relevant electrical certifications
Essentials:
* Proven experience within social housing environments
* Strong testing, inspection, and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
