We’re looking for a confident and experienced property professional to take the lead on acquisition, disposal, and investment activity on an interim basis. This is a hands-on role where you’ll make a real difference, ensuring property assets deliver value, support services, and meet strategic goals.What you’ll be doing:
* Leading strategies for buying, selling, and investing in property, turning under-performing assets into opportunities.
* Running financial and commercial appraisals and leading complex negotiations.
* Overseeing site assessments, working with consultants and legal teams, and managing budgets.
* Providing strategic advice, representing the organisation in meetings, and managing performance and risk.
