After many years of dedicated leadership, our current Chief Executive Officer will be retiring in the coming months. Under his stewardship, Prosper has expanded its reach across the Prosper Meath and Prosper Fingal regions, grown into a stable and sustainable organisation, and embedded a strong culture of professionalism and inclusion.
TheBoard of Directors now invites applications from compassionate and visionary leaders who are ready to build on this legacy and guide the next chapter of Prosper's journey. Reporting directly to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the most senior executive in the organisation. The CEO is responsible for strategic leadership, strategic management oversight, budget oversight and funding strategy, governance and board relations, external representation and advocacy, organisational culture and ethics and risk management.
Location: Skerries, Co. Dublin (with travel across Meath and Fingal)

Competitive salary, circa €125,000, commensurate with experience
The successful candidate will hold:
* A level eight or higher qualification in social care, disability, health, management or a related area
* A postgraduate qualification in leadership, public administration or related area (this is desirable but not strictly required if equivalent experience can be demonstrated)
* Significant relevant experience in a leadership or management role in social care, disability, corporate governance or related non-for-profit sectors
* Proven ability of leading people and culture, working with funders and regulators, strategic decision making, influencing budgets and resources.
