The Role
As a Spanish/Portuguese speaking BDR at IFS, you’ll be the engine behind their sales pipeline. You’ll research, engage, and qualify potential clients within a specific industry vertical — using tools like LinkedIn, email, and good old-fashioned phone calls to spark conversations and uncover opportunities.
What You'll Do:
* Identify and research up to 100 target accounts
* Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects
* Create tailored outreach campaigns to engage key decision-makers
* Collaborate with senior BDRs and Account Executives to drive early-stage sales activity
What They Are Looking For:
* Energetic, curious, and self-motivated individuals
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* No sales experience or degree required — just bring your drive and willingness to learn
* Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
* Norwegian speaker
Career Path:
Expect to spend 18–24 months in this role, building core skills and gaining deep product knowledge. From there, you'll be well-positioned to progress within our sales organisation.
