YT Technologies are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our client’s growing organisation. The ideal person for this role will be someone who has deep experience of partnering with engineering teams, within a fast paced tech/engineering environment, and can think creatively. Key Responsibilities; * Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across engineering and tech teams. * Support workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning. * Coach managers on performance, development, and leadership. * Lead change initiatives and drive cultural engagement across the business. * Manage complex people challenges with empathy, discretion, and sound judgement. Key experience / skills; * Proven experience in a high-growth or technology-driven business. * Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. * Commercially minded, emotionally intelligent, and solutions-focused. * Confident balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery. * CIPD qualifications or HR credentials are welcome but not essential.
