This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the Group CEO (US & UK), with full P&L responsibility and a mandate to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and cultural alignment across the UK business. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute business strategies aligned with group objectives. Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-performing operations.
