We are seeking a Business Change Manager to lead and support the successful adoption of change across our transformation programmes. This pivotal role is focused on the people side of change, ensuring that business change initiatives are effectively embedded and aligned with strategic objectives.The Business Change Manager will drive engagement and adoption across changes to business processes, policies, governance, systems, technology, data, roles, and organisational structures. Collaborating closely with project teams, business stakeholders, HR, communications, learning and development, and senior leadership, the role will champion change readiness, foster alignment, and help realise measurable benefits.What you'll be doing:
 1. Developing and implementing human-centred change strategies that promote adoption, reduce resistance, and ensure clarity across stakeholder groups
 2. Identifying and engaging key stakeholders to build alignment, assess resistance, and integrate mitigation plans into change delivery
 3. Conducting impact and readiness assessments to evaluate the scale, scope, and preparedness for upcoming changes
 4. Collaborating with Learning & Development and subject matter experts to assess training needs and design effective learning pathways
 5. Crafting and delivering targeted communications tailored to stakeholder groups to build awareness and understanding of change impacts
 6. Designing and facilitating engaging change interventions—such as coaching and workshops—to embed new ways of working
 7. Tracking and reporting on adoption, engagement, and competency metrics to measure the effectiveness of change activities
 8. Reviewing system and process changes with business stakeholders to assess their impact on customer journeys and outcomes
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
 9. Professional certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci, APMG) or equivalent practical experience is highly desirable
 10. Strong grasp of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to apply them effectively across transformation programmes
 11. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end, people-centred change within business or technology transformation initiatives
 12. Deep understanding of how individuals experience change, including familiarity with the change curve and behavioural responses
 13. Experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and embed change
 14. Skilled in facilitating workshops, crafting stakeholder communications, and supporting leaders through periods of transition
 15. Knowledge of organisational design and operating model change, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable change plans
 16. Comfortable working with HR, L&D, and Internal Communications to design and deliver targeted change interventions that drive adoption and measurable benefits
