The Depot Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring effective coordination between transport providers, internal teams, and external partners. The role includes planning stock movements, maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll and HR tasks, and acting as a first point of contact for operational queries. Key Responsibilities: * Communicate professionally with customers, transport partners, and stakeholders. * Plan and coordinate daily stock movements, ensuring efficient load usage. * Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. * Maintain training records, KPIs, and new starter documentation; liaise with HR. * Prepare onboarding materials and manage stock movement documentation. * Support payroll by updating timecards, submitting reports, and recording changes. * Track holidays and absences; handle related queries. * Coordinate with drivers and verify incoming/outgoing loads using RTI, SAP, and Pool IT. * Act as the first point of contact for employee admin or operational issues. * Support training and development aligned with logistics planning.
