South Staffordshire College is looking for a dynamic and visionary Curriculum Manager to lead our Business, Leadership and Accounts team, in a brand-new role due to growth. This is your chance to shape high‑quality provision across our Creative Lichfield Campus and our exciting new Business and Leadership Academy.
Responsibilities
* Drive innovation and growth in Business, Leadership and Accounts education
* Ensure learners gain the skills and confidence to succeed in their careers
* Oversee vocational and work‑based learning, apprenticeships, and professional qualifications including AAT, CMI, and CIPD
You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on inspiration, motivating your team to deliver exceptional learning experiences and achieve outstanding results in retention, achievement, and progression.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership and management experience at this level
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of the Business, Leadership and Accounts landscape
* A strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies
* The ability to inspire and develop colleagues to deliver excellence
