Job Description
Day to Day Care Professional responsibilities can include:
1. Aspects of personal care (toileting, assisting with personal hygiene)
2. Meal preparation
3. Medication prompts
4. Homecare support
5. Companionship including accompanying the client to shops, pharmacies and attending social groups and other activities
6. Specialist services including Dementia, End of Life and many more condition-specific services
Qualifications
