Overview
Path2Solutions seeks a Call Centre Advisor to engage customers and drive sales. The role combines outbound calling, order processing and customer support, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls promoting our clients’ products and services.
• Take customer orders over the phone and input them into the order system.
• Deal with customer queries in a polite and friendly manner.
• Hit KPIs set out by a manager.
Qualifications
• Entry level, full‑time customer service background.
• Excellent communication and friendly attitude.
• Ability to meet KPIs and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay
£25,000‑£27,459 per year, plus uncapped commission.
Shifts
Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm, and alternate Saturdays 10am – 3pm.
