About The Role: Location: MK18 1AT Working Pattern Monday to Friday 15:00 - 18:00 About the role: In this role, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all assigned areas. You will support the Supervisor with day‑to‑day coordination of cleaning activities, including allocating tasks and overseeing the team to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will also play a key part in promoting a safe working environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards, incidents, or maintenance needs. Ensuring that cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly and well‑maintained is also a key part of the role. Key Responsibilities: Carry out cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas. Support the Supervisor in coordinating daily cleaning activities and allocating staff duties. Supervise and assist cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Follow and enforce health and safety policies, reporting any hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues. Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly and maintained to support effective cleaning operations Candidate specification: Have full UK right to work. Have a background in cleaning (desirable but not essential). Be confident supporting and guiding team members to complete tasks effectively. Be able to follow and promote health and safety procedures. Be reliable, organised, and able to work to a high standard. Be comfortable using cleaning equipment and materials correctly and safely.
