Senior Technical Account Manager

Location: UK-Based Remote working with travel to clients' sites

Role Overview:

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our Managed Service Provider (MSP) customer base. We are looking for an experienced professional who can adeptly navigate customer relationships and understand AWS and MSP environments. This permanent position requires strategic thinking and the ability to wield technical expertise effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for MSP customers, fostering strong and enduring partnerships.

- Develop strategic roadmaps that align with customer business goals and anticipate future needs.

- Communicate the value of AWS and MSP solutions, providing insightful consultative support.

- Enhance service delivery and operational efficiency through AI and automation within the MSP framework.

- Collaborate with internal teams to drive outcomes and manage multi-year support agreements successfully.

- Lead technical discussions and solution-based consultations to translate customer needs into deliverables.

- Demonstrate senior leadership by empowering customer-facing teams to excel.


Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in a customer-facing role within an MSP or cloud service environment.

- Strong proficiency in AWS architecture and services.

- Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions.

- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities with a customer-first mindset.

- A drive to leverage AI and automation technologies to enhance MSP services.

- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts into a commercial context.
