In this pivotal role, you will be the friendly voice guiding customers through their aftersales journey, ensuring their experience is smooth, informative, and personalised.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing customer appointments
2. providing expert advice on services and repairs
3. Maintaining excellent relationships to foster customer loyalty
Requirements:
4. Proven experience as an Outbound Customer Service Advisor or in a similar role within the Office & Professional sector
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
7. Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
8. Knowledge of automotive services and aftersales processes is desirable but not essential
9. A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00
Salary: £22,000 (Basic), £25,600 (Guaranteed) OTE up to £32,000
