Salary: GBP48,000 – GBP53,000
Working hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Responsibilities
* Lead loss elimination and process optimisation across packaging and processing lines
* Reduce stoppages, changeovers, waste and variability through data‑driven problem solving
* Develop and maintain technical standards and ensure lines run to standard
* Train and coach technicians and line teams on root cause analysis and basic conditions
* Support digital and automation projects to improve performance and consistency
* Drive OR and DBNR improvements and share best practices across lines
* Act as deputy for the CI Manager when required
Qualifications
* Strong FMCG manufacturing knowledge in processing and packaging
* Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering background with hands‑on problem‑solving ability
* Skilled in data analysis, statistics and technical troubleshooting
* Experience with FI, AM, PM, Q, PD and ICMS tools
* Ability to design processes, optimise manpower and reduce NVAA
* Strong project management and FMEA capability
* Confident trainer, coach and cross‑functional collaborator
* Strong business acumen with understanding of manufacturing financial KPIs
