Your new role
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to support the Merchandising Planning function. In this role you will use Demand Forecasting and Inventory Optimisation skills to ensure retail channels (both traditional and emerce) have enough stock to maximise sales, while keeping Inventory under control. You will track sales rates and stock levels across approx 300 skus, collaborating with the buyers to ensure re-supply.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar role; optimising Inventory levels in Retail or Supply Chain / Manufacturing sector. You will have strong Excel skills (including Vlookup and Pivot Tables), and befortable manipulating data to inform your decisions. You will be a strongmunicator, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment. Experience forecasting for seasonal product ranges is an advantage but not essential.
